CompassHR offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we’ll process eligible refunds promptly.
2. What’s Covered
This policy applies to purchases made through CompassHR, including Premium access and Mobility Planner credits. Refunds cover change-of-mind requests made within the guarantee period described above.
3. How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or reach out to us through our contact page and we’ll help you get it sorted.
4. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all payments, billing, tax, and returns, and provides customer service for order-related inquiries. Refunds are issued in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.
